Terms that govern the use of ClinicManager marketing pages, product inquiries, and healthcare software services.

Use of Services
ClinicManager may be used by authorized healthcare teams, administrators, doctors, staff, and patients according to the subscription, access controls, and agreements configured by the healthcare organization.
Healthcare Responsibility
ClinicManager supports workflows and documentation but does not replace professional medical judgment. Healthcare providers remain responsible for diagnosis, treatment decisions, prescriptions, and patient communication.
Account Access
Users must keep credentials secure, use role-appropriate access, and promptly report suspected unauthorized activity.
Acceptable Use
The platform must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware, abusive scraping, data misuse, or attempts to bypass security controls.
Subscriptions and Billing
Pricing, plan limits, support levels, and billing terms are confirmed during onboarding or in the applicable order form. Payment integrations are configured separately for production environments.
