Refund Policy

How ClinicManager handles subscription refund requests, trial periods, onboarding fees, cancellations, and billing support.

Subscription Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the signed subscription, order form, pilot agreement, or onboarding terms confirmed with the healthcare organization. Any approved refund is processed through the original billing or agreed payment channel.

Trial and Demo Periods

Free trials, demos, and product evaluations do not create a refund obligation because no subscription payment is collected for those evaluation periods.

Implementation and Onboarding

One-time setup, migration, customization, training, or onboarding fees may be non-refundable once work has started, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests should be sent before the next billing cycle. Access, export support, and data retention after cancellation are handled according to the applicable service agreement.
